Vicarious, Inc. is a publisher of educational and entertainment CD-ROM titles for Windows and Macintosh. Expert Support designed, developed, and managed the production of the user guides for several Vicarious products, including:

• CNN Time Capsule 1994
• NFL's 75 Greatest Plays
• New York Time Capsule 1994
• Our Times Multimedia Encyclopedia of the 20th Century

For each product, we created a jewel-case sized user guide, working within the constraints imposed by the small format (20-24 small pages) to provide the user with the critical information needed to use the product effectively. We developed all the artwork used in the books and supervised the document production. In a couple of cases, we also developed the cover art.
