Convention Housing Management

Expert Support defined, designed, and built a web application for CHM that allows conference attendees to search for available accommodations, make reservations, register for the conference, and sign-up for additional conference offerings, such as day trips, banquets, merchandise, and golf tournaments. This site is an adjunct to a more complex application that we created for their own housing agents to use internally.

Hewlett-Packard

For one of the training groups at HP, Expert Support designed custom applications including: one for selective document delivery and one for forecasting training classes. These applications required extensive testing and integration with pre-existing applications and databases.

KLA-Tencor

For four years, Expert Support maintained several of KLA-Tencor’s intranet sites. We routinely provided services such as converting and publishing documents, creating navigational graphics, version control, and reorganization of the site, as needs changed.

Pensare

Expert Support worked with Pensare to design their web-based courseware and course templates. One of these is the Survey Builder Template, a software program for Pensare instructional designers (IDs) to use in creating online surveys and workshops.
